Deposit may be due on request; no parts will be ordered until deposit is received.
Progress payments: in some contracts progress payments may be specified
Final payment: Final payment is due within 7 workings days of job completion, if payment is not received within timeframe a 5% surcharge will be added to the total of the invoice payable.
Variations: Any variations to original quote will be discussed with client and quoted separately to the original job
Quotes are valid for strictly 30 days.

Any pre-existing damage, that is not listed within the estimated scope of works will not be repaired.
The scope of works in an insurance claim is determined by the insurance assessor, as per our submission of quote.
We are not responsible for any alterations to the perception of repairs and the scope set out by your insurance assessor

If client chooses to terminate the contract, the client is to reimburse Empire Garage W.A for any materials, parts and expenses plus 20%.
If Empire Garage W.A terminates the contract the client will be reimbursed any money outlaid minus labour and expenses outlaid by Empire Garage W.A.
Empire Garage W.A has the right to terminate a contract at any time.

Warranties vary according to products used and/or the works performed on the noted vehicle/ part
Empire Garage W.A provide a 2-year workmanship guarantee/ warranty which applies to all major repairs and resprays.
Our warranty/ guarantees apply upon completion of all works
Although our best endeavors have been made to match paint, from time to time due to vehicle condition and age colours can vary between materials.
Any body work or paint issues will be reported management by way of photographic report.
If our works should fail by any reason within the warranty timeframe, we will strive to investigate and resolve the issues as quickly as possible

The client acknowledges that Empire Garage W.A is only responsible for parts that are replaced/ re surfaced and that in the event that other components subsequently fail, the client agrees to indemnify Empire Garage W.A against any loss or damage to the vehicle, parts, or caused by the components, or any part thereof howsoever arising.
Empire Garage W.A will take no responsibility for any possessions left in motor vehicles while in their care.

Empire Garage W.A reserves the right to charge a storage fee if vehicles are written off and abandoned in our yard or remain uncollected.
From the date of total loss notification, the client has 7 days to remove vehicle from site or charges will apply.

- From 7 days- 30 days @ 64.80 per day.

Upon completion of private works, the client has 7 days to collect the vehicle, or a storage surcharge will apply to the invoice payable, unless a prior agreement has been made.
By leaving my vehicle in Empire Garage W.A Possession I express full agreement to the above terms and conditions.
